1. Definitions and Interpretation

• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, cashback offers, free spins, or other incentives provided by mpo188 to users, typically subject to specific wagering requirements and terms of use.
• "KYC" stands for "Know Your Customer" and refers to the identity verification process requiring users to submit Indonesian national identification (KTP) and other documentation to confirm their identity, age, and residency.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Creating multiple accounts, using another person's identity or KTP, registering under false information, or otherwise attempting to circumvent this single-account limitation will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any account balances, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter as required by Indonesian financial regulations and our internal security protocols, you must complete identity verification by submitting a clear photograph or scan of your valid Indonesian KTP (national identification card). Upon termination for cause, any remaining account balance including deposits, winnings, and bonuses may be forfeited. Legitimate winnings from accounts terminated without cause (at mpo188's sole discretion for business reasons unrelated to user misconduct) will be paid out within 30 days of termination.

8. Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

8.2 No Warranty of Winnings
